Do I need an appointment?
Give us a call before heading over. We’ll confirm current availability, discuss your vehicle, and help you plan a visit. A contact request is not a confirmed appointment until you’ve heard from the shop.
What should I bring for a smog check?
Bring your vehicle and your registration renewal notice, if you have it. Mention any recent repairs or battery replacement, and tell us if your notice asks for a particular station type so we can confirm the right inspection.
Can you repair a vehicle that has failed a smog test?
W&J is a test-and-repair station. We handle smog testing and emissions-related repairs, including catalytic converter concerns. Bring your inspection results or referral paperwork and call to confirm the work your vehicle needs.
Do you diagnose A/C problems or just recharge the system?
We offer A/C diagnosis, recharging, and repair. Will brings A/C diagnostic experience to the shop. Tell us about weak cooling, warm air, and previous repairs or recharges so we can investigate the concern.
Do you work on big rigs?
We are open to certain big-rig repairs, depending on the vehicle, the job, and available space. Call with your vehicle details first. Large engine rebuilds are outside our facility’s scope.
Can you help if I don’t know what’s wrong?
Yes. Describe the sound, warning light, or change in how the car drives. Details like when the issue started and whether it happens while starting, accelerating, or idling help us decide where to begin.
How much will my service cost?
Pricing depends on the vehicle, the service, and what we find. Call with your year, make, model, and concern to discuss an estimate. We’ll explain our recommendations so you can make an informed decision.
Can we discuss used-parts options?
Depending on the repair, we can discuss used-parts options sourced through LKQ. Ask which parts are available for your vehicle and what warranty terms apply to the specific part before deciding on the work.
